Copero starts with identity: name on shirt, number, country, preferred foot and position. Those choices matter. A striker turns shooting and physicality into goals, a winger needs pace and dribbling, midfielders rely on passing and reading the game, and defenders build value from marking and strength.
Your player does not copy one star. The draft shows eight real legends, one round at a time, and you choose exactly one open attribute from each: pace, shooting, passing, dribbling, defending, physicality, skill moves or weak foot. Classic mode shows values and gives one reroll; Purist mode hides numbers and makes each pick a football decision.
After the card is built, you sign with one of three academy clubs from your country. The career advances season by season with age, overall rating, matches, goals, assists, league position, trophies, international appearances and transfer offers. The same decisions always produce a coherent story from debut to retirement.

How Copero calculates your footballer
Copero does not average the six main attributes equally. Each position has a different weight profile. Shooting matters more for a number nine, passing and dribbling matter more for an attacking midfielder, and defending plus physicality carry centre backs. Skill moves and weak foot add a measured technical bonus.
Potential defines the ceiling, not the guarantee. Age, club level, minutes and deterministic season variation shape the path. The final verdict combines peak overall, attacking output, longevity and trophies. The values are editorial game data created for Copero, not official ratings.
